What do credits buy?
You buy a credit pack. Each audit consumes credits based on the size of your application and the add-ons you toggle on. There is no subscription, no minimum spend, and no commitment. The base audit covers a full navigation crawl of your application from a single anonymous entry point, returning a Reachability Score and a per-feature report.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. Buy a Starter pack today and use it next quarter; the price is the same.
Can I try before I buy?
Every URL gets a free preview: a partial Reachability Score and a sample of reachable and unreachable features. Buy credits to unlock the full report.
How much does a regression run cost?
Regression runs cost $5.00 flat, regardless of application size. Regressions reuse the cached navigation script from your last discovery run rather than performing fresh AI inference, so the cost is predictable and independent of route count.
Does CI/CD integration cost extra?
On pay-as-you-go, you can trigger runs from any CI/CD pipeline with a simple POST to your project webhook. Each triggered run consumes credits at the standard rate. There is no integration surcharge. Deploy hooks with the GitHub Actions convenience step are included with Premium+ subscriptions; see the subscriptions page for details.
Can I test the same URL again with a tease audit?
Yes. The free preview is available for any URL, any time. Re-running the preview gives you the same partial Reachability Score so you can confirm setup before committing credits to a full run.
What happens if a run fails due to a platform issue?
If a run fails due to a Glia Quest platform issue (not a problem with your application), the credits are automatically refunded to your account. If your application is the source of the failure (for example, the URL is unreachable or authentication credentials are invalid), the run is marked as a setup failure and credits are also refunded.
What is the Quality Rating?
The Quality Rating (A–F) measures how many of your reachable pages pass five automated quality checks: page completeness, sensitive data exposure, non-production domain references, navigation component integrity, and cross-locale rendering correctness. These checks run during every scan at no additional cost.
What if my site doesn't have a sitemap?
The scan falls back to discovery-only mode, finding pages by following links from your entry URL. We recommend adding a sitemap for the most accurate Navigation Coverage Score.
Does the sitemap analysis cost credits?
No. Sitemap discovery is a simple HTTP fetch — no browser session, no AI inference. It runs automatically on every scan at zero cost.
