Glia Quest answers a discoverability question: starting from your homepage, can a user reach your features at all. If your problem is "we shipped this and nobody found it," a regression suite will not help. A Reachability Score will.
What you give up
Glia Quest is not a regression-testing tool. It does not run scheduled flows that fail when a button changes ID. If you need that, you should keep Ghost Inspector, or use Playwright. Many teams run both: Glia Quest for discoverability audits each release, and a regression suite for the flows that must keep working.
